Developed and delivered courses on Budget, Change Management, Coahing skills, Decision Making, effective communication, Interviewing skills, Managing People, Organization Skills, Team building and many more.
Developed & delivered extensive 12 month & 6 month programs like MPDS (Manager Professional development series, SPDP (Supervisor Professional development Program and DLA (DLA Leadership Academy) for the staff.
