Also, to implement and apply medical cost containment procedures and guidelines to providers of medical care and utilisation practices.
Handing inbound and outbound calls from some of the major companies in UAE. Providing high quality, high touch services to standard customers and private accounts. Managing daily customer transactions and inquiries accurately within established deadline and in accordance with firm and business policies and procedures. Acting as an adviser to customers on the account related needs. Following -up and resolve customer inquiries and issues through effective interaction with the customer, advisers, branches, operation team in a timely and professional manner.
Joined in as a trainee in customer service and support, basically when I finished, I was relationship executive cum secretary to one of our directors.
