Job Responsibilities:
 Spearheaded the primary activities relating to the Importing of Starter and Stationery Batteries in Nigeria, Exporting Waste Lead Acid Battery, Lead Ingots & Lead Scrap to Europe as well as all activities relating to the Logistics and Distribution of Batteries.
 Provide regional financial planning solutions such as forecasting, budget administration, resource allocation, and policy compliance within the established timelines, methods and formats.

 Oversee the preparation of the Balance Sheet Flux, Monthly SGA reports, Year-end Disclosure information, Annual Report, etc.
 Supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.
 Develop high quality business strategies and plans while continuously ensuring that the plans align with the organizations’ long-term and short-term objectives.
 Develop and build strong relations with key partners and shareholders and act as the sole point of contact for key shareholders.
 Delegate responsibilities based on function and expertise; supervise the work while providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance and growth.
 Serve as the key decision maker with regards to business expansion activities, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
