• Making MIS Reports like monthly throughput, warehousing & manpower cost, Transportation cost Vs. Vehicle utilization report, W/H space utilization analysis, for Top Management, other logistics report.
. Conducting Quarterly audits to the assign CFAs.
• Control of W/H operation for Mumbai, Pune (FG HUB).
• Control of fright cost, through route optimization & increase of vehicle utilization.
• Negotiate freight prices with service providers.
• Weekly Aging analysis of all SKU & ensure >80 % self life SKU at W/H level.
• Ensuring FMFO method is applied in W.H.
• Analyses the data, finding out the variance a suggesting better solution to enhance cordial client Achievement.
• Ensuring systems & procedures are followed as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ensuring accurate, and timely reporting to the Management.
• Doing planning for daily shipment to our customer on time.
• Handling overall DC logistic operations for city's DC with DC In-charge.
• Managed a team of 3rd party DC executives for the optimum utilization of the DC team.
• Identifying & conducting trials with alternative materials for cost cutting without compromising in function and quality of product.
