• Plan, coordinate, direct & implement quality control programs designed to ensure continuous manufacturing products consistent with established standard
• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and propose quality and reliability expectancy of finished project
• Ensure the periodic reviews of quality systems are conducted and implement necessary changes or corrective actions as appropriate
• Regular update on all the activities and do trend analysis for further improvement, such as product withdraw/recall, customer complaints and operation strategy
• As a leader to direct manage quality control subordinates to engage in inspection and testing activities, to ensure continuous control over materials and products
• Ensure product compliance to specific quality standards from customers
• To follow closely on production schedules, to arrange quality audit work to meet sales order shipment dates
