• To maintain medical records and report statistics when required.
• To perform other specified duties whenever assigned.
• To register patients according to hospital protocols.
• To train new employees.
• To have knowledge of the insurance according to the hospital procedures and eligibility.
• To explain clinic policy to patients while receiving and delivering messages.
• To handle and manage the continuous flow of information in doctor’s offices in health care establishments.
• To organize and maintain forms and office stationery required for front desk activities.
• To communicate with vendors.
• To respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of clients, to assure client confidentiality at all times.
• To schedule appointments.
• To schedule patient’s hospital admissions, to file and complete medical reports and insurance forms, to pull patient chart, to fill discharge forms, etc.
• To direct patients and medical representatives to the appropriate location and services.
• To keep the reception area ready for each working day, open the building at the specified time and have all front desk activities fully operational at the start of the business hours.
• To determine the financial status of patients and their eligibility for health services..
• To assist patients in accurately completing appropriate forms and documents for the required information.
• To collect and deposit fees according to protocols, to prepare and balance daily financial registers and to submit all forms and fees to the accounts department.
Supervise and resolve all the queries of the guest
Update the guest with the latest happenings and promotions on offer.
Solely responsible for the SPG loyalty program thereby resolving all the queries pertaining to it.
Ensuring & maintaining excellent F & B service to the Tower Lounge elite guest.
Coordinate and follow up with internal and external staff of Starwood Hotel & Resorts.
Responsible for reimbursement to the hotel for free night awards utilized.
Review SPG Credit Memo and Invoice with accounts.
Attend monthly SPG Performance call with SPG Hotel Coordinator.
Conduct SPG training in weekly staff meetings.
Review monthly activity reports such as SPG Performance Dashboard, SPG Landmark Report, and GSI.
Receive and review SPG Weekly Report from SPG Hotel Coordinator and share with hotel.
Communicating hotel’s overall performance, in administrating the SPG program every month to GM and relevant department heads.
Review existing promotions and any upcoming promotions or incentives and share with teams.
Conduct SPG self- audit and check progress on action plans.
Review SPG Quarterly GM Report and follow up on performance items to maintain hotel standard.
Ensure hotel is sufficiently stocked with appropriate program supplies: check with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage for their specific supplies.
