• Managing SKU assortment planning based on category, Unit location and business potential within product sub-category.
• Regular market visits to UAE IR/WS Channel & UAE Retail for better understanding of different channels & market.
• Train the Sales Team / Promoters on Product Specifications, Positioning, Product Lines and Competition
• Budgeting and achievement of sales objectives with respect to Value, SKU, Channel and Account
