Lead the H.R team and perform “Smart working”.
Monitoring Visa processing, stamping, I.D, etc.
Verify and Approve induction programme and other joining formalities etc.
Prepare confidential report, monthly report etc.
Solve employee grievances and ensure redress of all genuine issues.
Approve leave application, Transfers, Resignation, and Termination. and issues memos related salary increment, discipline, warning etc.
Complete Insurance for employees and vehicles. Investigate the accidents and reimburse the accidental bill amount.
Give directions and guidance to team members about company policy and rules
Lead the H.R Team Professionally.
Arrange and conduct interview, selection, enrollment of staff ect.
Develop training strategies and administer and implement training programs.
Take disciplinary action against employee.
Effectively develop on-the-job training programs. Rallying trainers around the same target of professionalism & Instill a guest service attitude in all employees.
Mentoring and instilling self -discipline in students, Keeping a close tab on staff progress.
Prepare &Submit Employee confidential & monthly report.
Implement all H.R policies of management effectively &timely. Also staff welfare policies
