• • In charge of all operations related to conformity assessment programs for the Middle East, India and Africa Region.
• Provide technical assistance to Inspection managers in the region (Middle east, India and Africa)
• Initiated and built the VOC department in Bureau Veritas Dubai, leading it towards being an integral part of the Bureau Veritas Group - Dubai operations and marketing.
• Lead the start up team for BV Operations in Uganda, Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya
• Trained Ghana custom officers (CEPS) on detections and effects of counterfeits

• Achieved consistently, successful ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 17020 audit results conducted by authorities, accreditation bodies (UKAS, COFRAC), and BV HO.
• Implemented a system of maintaining sharing databases for third party test reports within the region.
• Developed sales, achieved target for 95% retention of clients in the region.
• Ability to detect fake and non-compliant products in the UAE Market.
• Ability to detect fake test reports and forged documents issued by local traders in the region.
• Appreciation letter received from Nokia to the VOC Department in Dubai in detecting fake chargers.
• Ensure staff compliance to the ISO 17020 and 9001 principles in their daily operations.

• Provide trainings and seminars to local and multinational organizations on VOC concepts and standards to safeguard their brand in the market, safeguard the consumers against substandard and unsafe products and to help them understand the regulations in the importing countries.
• Educate local traders and manufactures on best practices to ensure maximum possible quality in products.
• Help exporters achieve their targets with respect to quality and safety.
• Help customs and Governmental bodies fight counterfeits.
• Implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 17020 working principles in the VOC team and Inspection centers in the Middle East and India region.
• Develop business in Iran for VOC Iraq
• Set up and manage a VOC team in South Africa
• Presentations on other government service activities of BV such as Single Window project, BV risk management system, VDT, etc…
