• Prepare quotation for day by day activities perform by project team as per contract with Ooredoo, Zain and VIVA. Prepare PR and submit to subjected client as per work scope.
• Interpreting, validating and managing customer requirements - speaking with sales teams and other technical experts to understand, anticipate and meet their price needs.
• Work closely with sales managers and solution architects to determine cost effective solutions and provide suitable quotes or pricing proposals for client e.g. Huawei, Ericsson etc.
• Provide support to sales teams for commercial analysis and deal preparation through interfacing with product and enterprises and sales teams to ensure providing efficient and timely support for deals
• Worked with technical specialists regarding external resource requirements and product specifications.
• Assigned the tasks of negotiating terms & conditions with vendors.
• Maintain quality and consistency of price quotes.
• Keep track of market price benchmarks. Determine appropriate list prices and discounts based on analysis of market and competition.
• Acted as liaison between operation and finance departments.
• Review customized reports that go to senior management and other stakeholders periodically like normalized revenue, credit note etc. and create reports on request like customer analytics, variance analysis, product analysis etc.
• By Market analysis and Market intelligence source the international and national RFP (Request for proposal), EOI (Expression of interest) and NIT (Notice inviting tender) for engineering services provided by the company.
• Research, develop plans and identify potential customers for company’s services.
• Managing pre and post tender activity in tendering department.
• Assessment of tender enquiries and preparation of tender synopsis.
• Cost estimation and analysis of the tender.
• Carry out pre-bid tender evaluation and preparation of tender evaluation reports for various Engineering services offered by the company for power and oil & gas sectors.
• Attend the pre-bid meeting at client location and participate in the technical discussion to bring out best solution.
• Examine techno-commercial sections of bid documents and prepare techno-commercial bid proposal for submission to client.
• Prepare the complete cost of bid after analyzing and estimates whole tender and compiling in accordance with different discipline to evaluate the total cost of the project.
• Coordination between engineering disciplines for required workforce and finance departments for various financial documents required to prepare the complete proposals.
• Attend post-tender meetings for negotiation and clarification on techno commercial offer.
• Attend the Weekly/Monthly sales meetings with the senior management and give the progress report for various proposals and projects status.
Rotational on Job Training for 45 days at Hindalco Industries Limited, Renusagar Power Division (742Mw) Renusagar, Sonebhadra, UP on NDT and Quality control System.
