My job role involves:
* Preparation of the Construction Programs for Pre-tenders, Post-tenders & Baseline Schedules.
* Manpower estimation and Histograms.
* Preparation of Cash Flow.
* Monitor and record the progress of activities at site.
* Generate Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
* Prepare Lookahead Micro level Schedules for Planning and forecasting the upcoming activities
and Micro Manage resources.
* Participate/Present co-ordination meetings with the Management, Execution
team/Client/Consultant.
* Prepare productivity reports, manpower & overtime summaries.
* Coordinate and follow up with the Execution team including Quality Control, Procurement &
Document control for tracking Procurement, Engineering and Delivery.
* Record delays for Delay Analysis, Claims and Prepare Mitigation Plans to control the impact.
