 Read technical data, analyze, take-off quantities and materials manually and using Software.
 Preparing Quotations for Additional items of on-going projects
 Preparing rate analysis for additional items and variations
 Evaluate, review and issue quantity variations in an efficient and timely manner in line with the contract terms
 Preparing Interim payment Application to submit to the Main Contractor for sub-contractor’s Payment Applications
 Preparation of cutting list and optimization for profiles, glazing and ACP for all the on-going projects.
 Involving in procurement Management by checking the material availability at the factory stores before making material order forms. Coordinating with Purchase Department to arrange the materials as per the schedules.
 Revert to the Technical Department to collect the missing information and prepare the Material Take Off for the same.
 Keeping close contact with project executing team to bring down the project cost.
 Preparation of Budget sheet to cross-check actual project cost after the completion of the project

 Reviewing tender documents related to estimation and costing and resolving anomalies, if any and forwarding the documents to or Estimation manager, if any further discussion required.
 Analyze the project documents and enquire with the Purchase Department for available Raw Material Suppliers and their Price as per the specifications & drawings received.
 Reviewing the specification/drawing of the project using the estimation checklist and recording our compliance against the requirements, exclusions and qualifications.
 Receive all Quotations for the Hardware/Materials from the Purchase Department and review the same for the best possible offer.
 Submit the proposal to the Estimation Head for reviewal and pricing.
 Input all the data including material price, fabrication, Installation, Over Heads and profits as per the Company Policy. Preparing the Quotation and submit to the Sales Department.
 Preparation of Technical Submittal of various aluminum systems to submit the Client.
 Assisting the Sales/Project Manager in meetings pre and post signing the contract.
