• Remodelling the job to the present market status & thereby updating the actual budget
• Monitoring & updating the cost estimates for projects to ensure the costs are within expected range.
• Uploading the estimated resource price on the procurement module for a better purchase.

• Reporting and Documentation which included preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, as well as keeping all billing-related records organized according to company or industry standards.
