As a IT support responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, Such as a communication system. An IT support duty include configuring hardware and software setting up peripherals such as printer or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily service to the users. As a IT support need to work at a help desk, answering calls and emails regarding the computer network or communication system. Also IT support need to take responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, negotiating contracts with vendors and developing contingency plans in case of network failure.
