· To perform Online Batch manufacturing Record.
● To Handling Granulation, Compression, Coating &Capsule Section.
● To perform the cleanliness of areas and their records.
● To perform calibration status and their relevant record of Balances, Hygrometer/Thermometer and Other equipment used in process of a Batch.
● To perform all relevant log books of equipment/machine are available and updated.
● To perform every process is done as per given master procedure.
● Line clearance stage wise after every change over and just before start new batch/product.
● To perform correct change part is used i.e. as per product requirement.
● Perform that every material kept in their designated place in their identification, status label and with proper segregation batch wise is avoid mix-up and tightly closed to avoid any kind of contamination and cross contamination.
· To perform and record the following physical parameters as per given standard Product specification as per given frequency -
Ø Punch variation
Ø Average weight
Ø Uniformity of weight
Ø Disintegration time
Ø Friability
