l arrived to Sri Lanka with a very strong experience and, new look, in hospitality industry from the overseas . l began my skills from the very first point ( POT washing) department in the Main Kitchen. from Jan; 1986. From this year I played many roles in the hotel industry and Catering division as well. My knowledge and, strong skills which comes with the experience lifted me to a High post as a Royal Head Butler/ Butler Manager. This post covers all areas of the hotel operation, and he who takes care of the V.I.P guest from the arrival to the departure offering a personals service. He / or She should be knowledge as all rounder in Food & Beverage / front office / sports/ area / about the location/ food preparations/ Cooking a .B.B.Q service. Also solving problems on the spot, putting yourself on to the client shoes, and be a good listener. A good team player. I do meet all these experience and now I am in my home land to put my hands to gather and do some projects in Sri Lanka with the latest new looking with some new clients.
