• Leading a technical team of 16 members to implement, manage and maintain the HIS assets and support team for AIMS, a 1200 bed multispeciality hospital and medical college.
• The HIS assets includes both software and hardware and also has an asset management team directly reporting to me.
• My responsibilities demands direct reporting to the CTO of AIMS.
• Hospital Information System in AIMS is a complete solution that covers the following modules and support for them.
α Level 1 support includes a support team with a lead and their responsibilities includes the support for various modules of the HIS software. This includes both support and training. In this level, the team that handles the particular type of requests from HIS user is intimated and prompt grievance address measures for the issue is ensured.
α Level 2 supports include identification of the grievances that requires external team support or approvals and initiate the necessary processes to address the issues.
