Review and approval of Electrical and Instrumentation Quality Procedures, Inspection Test Plans and FAT/SAT procedures and Method statements of all sub systems. Material Inspections prior sending to store and site. Ensuring proper implementation of Sacrificial Anode and Impressed Current Cathodic Protection system to Fire water pipe lines and Storage tanks. Surveillance Inspections of Power, Control and Instrument cable laying, glanding and termination. Witnessing the installation inspections of 132/33 kV Packaged substations, Power transformers, 33kV, 11kV and 6.6kV Motors, Switchgear, Motor Control Centers, AC UPS, DC Power Supply Units along with Battery Banks. Witnessing of various testing’s like Insulation Resistance and Continuity, Holiday test, Solo run test, OTDR and Power Meter testing, Hi-Pot test, Construction/ Pre-Commissioning observation of Electrical activities in Infield 66 no’s storage tanks, 4 no’s packaged substations and 7 no’s Field Auxiliary Rooms in the Project. PTW responsibility and surveillance of Contractor electrical and instrumentation work activities. Review and approvals of Field Design Documents, Monitoring and Control, and Inspections of Contractor’s work with respect to the relevant approved drawings/ documents. Co-ordination with end user and Contractor for Mechanical Completion Certificate walk through, Pre-Commissioning, SAT activities, Integrated SAT and Energization. Issuing, inspection and closing of Inspection and MCC punch points. Conducting HV/MV/LV Motors testing.

Responsible for Engineering and Electrical Design i.e. prepares drawings and documents, Request for quotations, Technical Evaluations, operation and maintenance manuals, coordinating with vendors and other discipline Engineers for engineering compatibility. Procuring the Materials, attending FAT and SAT.

Responsible for Detailed Engineering and Construction i.e. prepares drawings and documents, Material Requisitions, Technical Evaluations, operation and maintenance manuals, coordinating with vendors and other discipline Engineers for engineering compatibility. Procuring the Materials, attending FAT and SAT. Prepare and getting approval of Method Statements, Filed Change Notes. Installation, supervision and pre - commissioning of 11kV indoor substation including 11kV switchboard, 440V switchboard, Distribution Transformer, Lighting and Power DB’s, AC UPS, DC Power Supply Unit, HVAC System along with Battery Bank, Cable tray and Conduits, HV and LV cable laying, glanding and termination, Welding sockets. Prepare and getting approval of As-Built drawings, documents and Project Record Book.

Responsible for Electrical Construction i.e. HV and MV Power and Control cable laying, glanding terminations, power tie-ins, site surveys, AC UPS, DC Power Supply System, Transformer and Generator with Control Panel, HVAC System, F&G System, Cable tray and conduits, Lighting and Small power, Earthing and Lightning Protection, Road Blockers, Cross arm barriers and Security Gates for 72 Security Equipment Buildings and Guard Houses. Provision of Security fence along with lighting pole with accessories for every 30 meters, camera poles with accessories for every 100 meters along the perimeter of 34 no’s Gathering Centers, 4 no’s Booster Stations, 2 no’s Water Injection Plants, 2no’s Effluent Water Disposal Plants, 15 Substations, 7 no’s Road Check Points. Client coronation, Permit to Work, Risk assessment, Implementing Site HSE and Quality as per standards. Preparation and getting approval of Filed Change Notes and Red markup drawings. Daily weekly and Monthly Progress, Sub contactors payment progress review and approval.

Procurement, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Automatic meter Reading equipment to 11kV Outgoing feeders and 415V Distribution transformers. Review and maintains project control documentation, design drawings and specifications, back charge documents, and change orders. Provides advice on field engineering procedures, construction methods and financials to management. Note daily parameters such as energy meter readings and billing details. Adhere with shutdown schedules and re-energization procedures. Monitor materials submissions, approvals and updating of materials schedule to mitigate any installation delay. Prepare BOM and procure consumable materials by coordinating with management and suppliers. Exercise cost control, monitor schedules and resolve all internal construction issues. Coordinate Liaise with government officials, clients, suppliers and team members. Liaise with company officials, project members, vendors and subcontractors. Invoice preparation and payment follow up with the client. Guiding and giving training to subordinates, making man hour estimate, resource planning and allocation, recruitment and other administrative activities of the project.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of Switch Mode Power Supply Units, Battery banks, RF Antennas and Lighting system for telecom rooms and shelters in High Rise Buildings. Study and understating of available Electrical drawings for clearances. Monitor materials submissions, approvals and updating of materials schedule to mitigate any installation delay. Provide unscheduled or emergency repairs of equipment’s and provide schedules maintenance. Use a vereity of hand and power tools, electrical meters and material handing equipment’s. Prepare BOM and procure consumable materials by coordinating with management and suppliers. Exercise cost control, monitor schedules and resolve all internal construction issues. Ensure company vehicles refueling availability and safe transportation of site staff. Coordinate Liaise with government officials, clients, suppliers and team members. Liaise with company officials, project members, vendors and subcontractors. Attend progress and construction review meetings with client and senior management.
