o Drives the profile, promotion and communication of bid management practices internally (within Dimension Data - UAE, Oman and from year 2014 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is included).
o Initiating and governing internal and client Kick off meetings.
o Assign Project Managers to the definite site and over see their Schedule and performance, in line with the customer requirement.
o Cost Management - In line with the sales team’s projection.
o Managing sub-contractors’ agreement and implementation.
o Implementation as per Site requirements
o Collect and provide updates through Site progress meetings.
o Periodic Reporting - Internal & Client base.
o Interface for milestone payment collection.
