AS A SALES EXECUTIVE (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Attend to the customer and assist them.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting.
- Explaining about the product, quality, brand, sales offer or
discount, benefits & insurance policy.
- Preparing invoices, daily sales reports &submit to the account
depart.
- Fostered positive relationship with customer, expanding
customer bases and enhancing loyalty and retention.
My responsibility and duty
Order Receive by Email and correction all order which is receive from Branches . Then forward to Agencies. In quire the Shipments and Invoice Copy by Agency, Cargo & Custom Office.
Follow up and ensure that all order Goods are Delivered to Branches are correct . Preparing Purchase order, Good receipts and making Stock Issue.
Collecting the all Branches Inventory report and submit the IT Depart and Account depart. To ensure that the all files are organized and kept in the shelves properly .
to consult the administration manager for assistance against any complaints . requests and suggestion concerning the Depart .
