• Prepare a clear chart of the site requirements ---- in line to the above job
• Submit the requirements of the store well in advance to purchase department ----in line to point 3.
• All inventories should be properly updated in system to enable transparency of the store position any time.
• Receive materials on delivery (GRN), prepare transfer notes if any.
• Organise and Arrange for transporting materials to site neatly to avoid unnecessary time and wastage of transportation cos
