• Responsible for the Preparation of Monthly Resource based cost control reports for the running projects.. And monitor project total expenditure like checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.

• Collect and manage Client Interim Payment application (IPA) & Certificates (IPC)
• Review and update percentage completions from Client IPC's in Construction Computer Software (CCS) Candy and analyze the Budgeted Cost Work Performed (BCWP) / Earned Value up to Date.
• Analysis of Master Budget, Revised Budget, Total Ordered Value, Uncommitted/ Anticipated cost, Budgeted Cost Work Performed (BCWP) / Earned Value, Actual Cost Work Performed (ACWP), Accrual Cost, Budget Deviation, Cost to Complete (CTC), Cost at Completion (CAC), Budget Variance and Un Allocated cost.
• Performing project costing related reporting to the team and management's review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Providing cost control and planning advice to the internal PMD team as and when required.
