As Project Engineer, Commissioning, Programming, Maintenance, and Graphics Design & Testing by using Software like TAC Vista/ecostruxure/Tridium Niagara, Microsoft Visio (Microsoft visual Logic), Johnson Control, Siemens controllers as per cause and effect diagram to execute the sequence of operation and time schedule for HVAC Controls. Design, Erection and Commissioning of DDC Panels. Control & Monitoring of BMS (HVAC Control), Lighting Control & 3rd party System.
Tracking the delivery of all project-related materials. Reviewing Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, I/O point list, Bill of Quantities & Single line diagrams.• Preparation of Cable Schedule, Enclosure Drawing & Wiring Diagram as per I/O point list.
Installation of Instruments, Junction Boards & Panels, Cable Routing, Laying and Installations, Cable Glanding and Termination at Junction Boards Side and Panel side, Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of Instrument, Loop Checking etc.
Installation & Maintenance of Kamstrup BTU Meters, Water meters, Electricity meters and integration with BMS System using M-BUS.
