 Provide technical support for investigation and troubleshooting of day-to-day DCS operation of the unit.
 Plans and executes maintenance / audits / functional checkout of DCS and interlocks to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
 Initiates MPC for process changes or modification
 Participate in process optimization, plant enhancement and maintenance projects
 Optimize and improve processes with the view towards improving efficiency, quality and yield.
 Troubleshoot chemical processing and equipment problems as they arise.
 Assist in the preparation of production/process procedures and documents.
 Monitor, identify, develop and implement improvements in process control systems and equipment
 Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
 Improve process robustness, yield and product quality as well as ensure the process flow meets quality standards
 Operating process units within the Production Area in accordance to SOP, Daily Operating Instructions and Standing Instructions;
Operating the plant with the Design-Operating-Window and the Integrity-Operating-Window;
 Keeping log records of operational activities for optimal and thorough handover to other shifts;

Here i worked from the of the start of eriction and commissioning of tank farm, utility, Formaldehyde plant& hexamine plant then handled operation, I personally increased the production capacity of hexamine plant from 10 tn/hr to 17 tn/hr by making some modification to the plant, which is a big achievement for me in my Professional career
