As a Senior Product Manager with Fifty five member’s team, I am presently involved as Cloud Architect & Global Delivery management in MS Azure Portal, DevOps - GIT Repos & CI Build and CD Release Pipeline and AWS - Amazon Machine Image (AMI) for Cisco with rollouts in Web Applications under the Infrastructure, Security & Telecom domain.
• Involved in new insights into the client’s business model by identify the gaps, pain points and delivering actionable, high-impact results. Integrated management of vendors, third parties and Stakeholders. Exposure to TOGAF.
• Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements: proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), proof-of-technology (POT) and production deployments rollouts.
• Subject Matter Expert in providing high performance tuning solutions for Enterprise applications of client/server, multi-geo, multi-tier service I/O design, web-based and Messaging Middleware architectures hosted on Virtualized infrastructures. Coach, mentor and enable our developer community empowering them to develop cloud native skills and applications unlocking agility and creating opportunity for innovation.
• Identify applications in the portfolio that represent opportunities for modernization to new cloud architectures by quality attributes, technology risk, capacity variability and prioritized by company goals and client needs.
• Guide the team of developers in transformations, business logic, and migrating data from legacy systems to new solutions based on Azure by building data pipelines. Optimization of BOM to give the cost effective solution.
• Designed QA Architect, Automation Frameworks with Spirits, Iterations & Agent’s and also enhanced Scripts of the Azure DevOps - Repos and Test Plan. Monitored the performance of VMs and vNET landscape under CI/CD Pipeline.
• Load & Performance Test with Selenium 3.x and SoapUI Functional Testing 1.x. with Extensions for Azure DevOps.
• Ecosystem such as HDInsight, Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks and SQL DW in implementing micro services using .Net on Azure Function and Service Fabric. Develop prototypes for IoT, Stream analytics & AI/ML Techniques.
• Cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest/in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, Traffic Manager, etc. Predict & optimize costs with Cloudyn for Cost Management and Azure Advisor.
• Managing/leading Agile projects, working with Scrum Master, product owners and developers.
• Lessons Learned and Closure Documentation performance in terms of variance, trend, and earned value analysis, its impact, and how the data will support any performance improvement, and facilitates the post review meeting with project stakeholders.

By documenting and executing a comprehensive test library of SAP transactions and end-to-end business processes. 3M’s competitive advantage, As part of the SAP upgrade from CRM 5 to CRM 7, these custom functionalities need to be migrated to CRM 7 as well, providing the same kind of user interface from CRM 7 side which is the Web UI for the users at the back office to continue with their work.

•ADP Insurance Agency (ADPIA)
An Internet-enabled product (EPN) and allows clients to submit payrolls and receive the output with little service center involvement. EPN is the Small Business Services (SBS) payroll service that clients access over the Internet. Currently, there are over 21, 000 active controls on the service. The next release will include enhancements that have been requested by clients and ADP service groups. ADPIA specializes in providing Property & Casualty and Health & Benefits insurance for small and mid-sized businesses. ADP calculates premium due based on the actual wages for each pay period. ADPIA also serves as the primary customer tool for insurance services with regard to carrier, policy, client escrow, and carrier payment information.
