Senior Project Manager for one of the regions of a major Oil & Gas client, I oversee the entire
lifecycle of portfolio projects, including Pre-FEED, FEED, and DED phases. My responsibilities
encompass managing procurement and construction support services, ensuring projects are
completed within the agreed scope, budget, and schedule, and meeting all technical and
quality requirements. I lead cross-functional teams, align project objectives with strategic
goals, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, I handle risk
management, compliance, and safety, ensuring all activities adhere to industry standards and
regulations.

Consultant for the study of available feedstock from the HRRL RPC, analysis of possible
downstream value chain & associated industries and development scenarios as part of the
Preliminary Project Report for the development of Rajasthan Petro Zone (RPZ). - Greenfield Oil Refinery Project
Project Management and conceptual study / development for the initiation phase of the
Refinery development Project. Key deliverables e.g., Processes & Procedures development
for the organization, preliminary Project Execution Plan and Project Schedule, Request for
Information (RFI), Statement of Requirements (SoR) etc.

As the leader of the Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT), I was responsible for
overseeing the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Projects of TLF Refinery. Some of the highlights of
my achievements are:
• I successfully delivered the refinery tank farm expansion project, which involved managing
all the stages from concept to close-out. This project increased the storage capacity and
operational efficiency of the facility.
• I led the technical and contractual negotiations with the licensor for engineering and supply
of waste heat boiler for the sulfuric acid plant, to improve the energy recovery and
environmental performance of the plant.
• I coordinated the concept, solution and definition study packages and order placement for
the fire protection system upgrade project, to enhance the safety and reliability of the
refinery.
• I managed the project interfaces with the Turnaround (TA) team and lead the execution of
piping work packages during Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) 2020, which ensured the timely
completion and quality of the maintenance activities.

1) Successfully completed FEED study, Detail Engineering and Bidding process for Terminal
Optimisation Program to the satisfaction internal customer
2) Successfully completed FEED Study and CapEx estimate for Feedstock storage, handling and
process plant integration facility for PTA / PET (OMPET) plant within agreed timeline
3) Completed FEED Study & CapEx estimate for storage & handling of Crude Oil & finish products and
process unit integration facility for Crude Oil Splitter Unit to the satisfaction of external customer

Functioned as responsible for companys operations and business development
in Saudi Arabia. Led project management team (PMT) for EPIC Project of SATORP Refinery Tank
Farm Project and construction management team (CMT) for Sadara Main Site Tank Farm Project.
• Managed Interfaces and ensured interface engineering followed the standards and procedures
of Saudi Aramco & Total.
• Managed mechanical clearance, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, handover, and
closeout of EPCC project of sixty-two (62) tanks & eight (8) mounded bullets and related
facilities for SATORP refinery tank farm.
• Managed Mechanical Construction Project of twenty-eight tanks for the Sadara Main Site Tank
farm.
