Roles & responsibilities
• Heading recruitment for all 4 organisations under NKB Technovations group
• Consolidate manpower requirement from different departments
• Understand requirements from the concerned HoDs, create Job description, sharing it with recruitment team
• Source and screen CVs from Job portal / other resources
• Check suitability of candidate through preliminary discussions, over phone
• Conduct interview along with hiring managers
• Organise and involve in final round interviews with MD for senior positions
• Salary negotiation
• Co-ordinate hiring process and close the position
• Complete induction process
• Prepare hiring status reports and present to top management
• Performance review process
• Training needs identification, analysis and implement training programmes to meet the performance requirements
Achievements: Successfully involved in end-to-end selection process of junior to GM level employees
Initiated and enforced formats, processes, etc. related to employee selection process

Recruitment & Selection
Prepare Job Descriptions,
Post jobs in job portals & recruitment agencies,
Scrutiny of bio-data from both Job portals and other sources, and initial round of interview.
Organise & conduct interviews along with functional and Divisional Heads.
Completion of selection & joining processes.
Organise and conduct selection through campus recruitments for Graduate & Diploma Engineers
Induction of new employees to various departments
Prepare and implement of GETs’ rotational training programmes in various departments
Conduct probationers’ performance review, complete confirmation process
Employee exit process, interviews, full & final settlement processes
Getting salary processed through third party
Getting temp staff placed from staffing agencies as per requirements, monitoring legal compliances
Performance management process
Distribute performance appraisal form to various division heads / functional heads,
Co-ordinate with them to complete the process as per the schedule
