This is a well established company belonging to Dubai Deputy Ruler H.H. Sheikh Hamadan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, engaging in real estate leasing, real estate development and Hotel Business etc.
•Reporting to Finance Manager.
•Day to day data entry.
•Pdc Controlling.
•Bank Reconciliations (BRS).
•Dishonored cheque’s following with the tenants.
•Security deposit refunds.
•Preparation of schedules of control accounts of debtors and suppliers for Audit.
•Preparation of Daily Bank position for Management.
•Coordination with Auditors.
•Reconciliation of supplier accounts and preparation of payment vouchers.
•Preparation of customer statements and follow-up
Reporting to Team Leader.
•Verification of Mobile stocks and matching with actual stock.
•Preparation of cash closing summary report and reconciling with physical cash.
•Verification of sale invoices and ensuring sale prices are invoiced at given rates.
•Verification of other expenses vouchers/approvals
•Vouching of all other general ledger vouchers
•Verification of Monthly Sales statements and stock reconciliations.
