Responsible for implementation and compliance to Facility Integrity Management programs.
➢ Participate in Equipment strategy preparations, revisions and approvals.
➢ Participate in implementing integrity targets and KPIs.
➢ Consulted in the selection of materials and corrosion control strategies.
➢ Participate in HRT (High Run Tests) of various plants.
➢ Participate in RCFA, RA and MOC reviews related to the asset.
➢ Plan and support overall Asset Daily Integrity Activities.
➢ Guide asset Engineers in troubleshooting and analyzing static equipment performance including
equipment operating outside the specification envelope and finalize mitigation / recertification
actions to ensure equipment /asset integrity.
➢ Participate in the application of Fitness For Service (FFS) analysis.
➢ Participate in facility life extension study projects
➢ Lead Focal point for all Integrity Engineering shutdown activities.
➢ Participate in budget finalization and resource management to ensure effective implementation of
FIMs programs (Pressure Equipment / Piping / PRVs).
➢ Lead focal point for major repairs, welding and NDT activities
➢ Custodian of Pressure Equipment Program Manual
➢ Manage Inspection Contracts.
