Human Resource

• Full Cycle recruitment - generation of resumes (consultants, lead generation, referrals etc); shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, HR interviews, co¬ordinate with relevant departments, salary negotiation, close offers
• Maintenance of resume database and related MIS’s
• Co¬ordinate with consultants for candidates
• Handling joining formalities and issue of appointment letters and compliance with the PF, ESI formalities, and processing salary payout.
• Conducting induction programme
• Issuing of employee ID’s to the new joiners
• Maintaining the attendance inputs for the various sites and processing the payroll
• Maintaining the leave registers
• Updating payroll sheet based on the attendance, performance incentives and issuing pay slips
• Maintaining the Personal database, Leave record, Payroll, Promotion details, Training details and etc.,
• Taking exit interviews of resigned employees

Logistics Management

• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system
• Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements
• Ensuring all stakeholders in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations
• Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and responding to their requirements
• Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms
• Monitoring transport costs
• Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices
