• Attending the Client Weekly progress Meeting for the below project.
• Preparing the variation orders according to client requirements.
• Project Materials along with the required quantities and maintain a continuous project material reconciliation.
• Preparing the invoice and measurement processes.
• Preparing the Work Executed on the project on monthly basis.
• Preparing the Monthly Contract Work and Billing Report on monthly basis
• Assist in subcontracts measurements, payment certification,
• Manage the invoicing and measurement processes.
• Preparing the resource planning materials, labors, equipment & sub-contractors based on RF.
• Ensure that the project records are maintained (i.e., Photos, list of daily activities, Utilized and idle resources,
productivity, important events etc.)
• Preparing internal and external Project progress Reports on a regular basis.
• Preparing the list of project materials along with required quantities
• Preparing and maintaining the daily work progress report
• Monitoring the progress of work with the Master construction schedule
• Calculating materials for all site activities and ensuring all the materials are available at site for the construction
work.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Preparation of Contract bill on weekly basis
• Preparation of actual quantity for the project
• Surveying and marking for the concrete, shuttering, block work activities etc.
• Checking the reinforcement work as per drawing before pouring the concrete.
• Tacking the quantity of concrete as per site condition for the pouring of concrete
• Preparing and maintaining the daily work progress report
• Full time supervision of All construction works / activities for the project.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specification and Design.
• Attending progress review meetings on weekly basis
• Calculating materials for all site activities and ensure all the materials are available at site for the construction
work.
• Involved in checking and preparation of Sub-contractor bills for certification.
• Taking of civil quantities like earthwork, reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, blockwork etc. form the
design drawing.
• Preparation of BOQ as per design Drawing.
• Preparation of tender amount based on previous project unit cost.
• Verifying the bills for correctness and accuracy
• Workout the Master Quantities Activity-wise based on the availability of drawings
