❖ Nov 2009 to till date: Operational & Safety Trainer in a Global Operations training center of DP World
• Delivering all Operations and safety trainings to all the DP World employees from Dept managers to lashers according to their operational safety needs and requirements
• Developing the operational and safety training materials by following the DP World policies, procedures and global standards according to the operational and safety training requirements within a time frame
• Encouraging all the employees to effectively involve themselves in reporting near misses and accidents/Incidents in order to minimize and control unsafe behavior at work place
Current Project (Training and Development)
Working at heights training which can helpful to prevent the employees falling from height by taking all the necessary precautions and utilizing all the required PPE.
Rigging and slinging training which can be helpful to improve their knowledge and skills to achieve the productivity in a safe way while doing Rigging and slinging.
International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG), which can be helpful to create an awareness of the employees about to handle the dangerous goods in a safe way
Vessel lashing training which enhance their knowledge and skills to mitigate the hazards and to do the lashing / unlashing tasks in a safe way
