PRESENT EXPERIENCE & PLANT CAPACITY :
The Al-Jubail SWRO Desalination Plant Phase 2 consists of a Reverse Osmosis technology with a net production capacity of 400, 000 m3 /day. capacity (88 MIGD / 400 MLD).
Commissioned & Operation the
SWRO and BWRO system including : 20 skids for Pass 1 SWRO and 10 skids for Pass 2 BWRO .
Plant Pre treatment system including : Electrochlorination, Clarification by Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF); Dual Media Gravity Filters (DMF); Backwash system to for the DMF; Filtered water tank and pumping station; Cartridge filters.
Plant Post treatment system including : Carbon dioxide storage and injection; Limestone contactors; pH adjustment unit with sodium hydroxide injection; Disinfection with Chlorine dioxide injection;
Plant Auxiliaries : Permeate Tank & Product Water Tank; - Brine discharge system; - Wastewater treatment system; - Instrument and service air system; - Service and potable water system - Chemical storage and dosing system.
