Recruitment
•Prepare job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
•Screen/Shortlist applications according to job requirements.

•Maintain physical and electronic records of all requests within employee files.
Other tasks
•Monitor and report attendance records for assigned firms.
•Gather personnel records of the employees across department and update in the HR Software (Oracle).
•Provide clearance papers for indemnity and follow up with Finance department.
•Submit Medical Reimbursement forms and other medical papers to the Insurance company and follow up with third party broker.
•Prepare personal loan request form for the finance team to release funds to employees and update it on the HR Software (Oracle).
•Ensure all Insurance policies are renewed on time.
•Prepare payment request for projects as and when required.
•Prepare salary certificate for employees as and when requested
