-Assigned for interior fit-out works of the New Palace of Justice project in Kuwait which is a 25-story judicial building comprising of 123 courtrooms and the building spans to an area of 192, 000 square meters.

-Involved in the preparations of shop drawings for dry wall partitions, reflected ceiling plans, carpet and vinyl plans, wet area plans and fabric, wall covering & wood cladding details for wall finishes.

-Update and ensure coordination of all architectural works including shop drawings.

-Coordinate architectural drawings and works with other contractors for MEP services, update status of shop drawings as well as supervise work progress.

-Assigned to Kuwait Cancer Center Hospital project for project supervision on behalf of the Ministry of Health of Kuwait.

-Involved in design review & verification and shop drawing review of elevations, cladding and curtain wall details, block work plan, partition layout, screed plan, wet area details and door details.

-Involved in site supervision and inspection.

Joined as a Junior Architect & promoted rapidly to several increasingly responsible positions in the Interior Design department related to design, finance & procurement.

Duties include:

• Developing preliminary & schematic drawings and offering complete design package with working drawings including details, general, furniture, ceiling, flooring and wall finishes layout along with MEP coordination layouts.

• Updating building designs & detailed drawings for tender, focusing on residential and commercial projects, which are technically feasible, also keeping in mind the client's requirements.

• Preparing presentations with coherent design proposal for client approval and final reports comprising finishes & furniture selection, BOQ for interior works and budgets by understanding the fee management and also ensuring a profitable & reasonable completion.

• Designed an efficient documentation report that was approved by the office management which increased the work productivity by 85%.

• Amending plans corresponding to any circumstances or setbacks that may arise during construction.

• Selecting the finest materials & furniture to be used as per the specifications of the project and communicating with the concerned suppliers till final delivery.

• Mentoring and guiding junior staffs and interns.

Duties included:

• Inspection and survey of residential and office buildings for renovation - performing field measurements.

• Involved in understanding the client requirements and developing preliminary sketches and layouts for approval.

• Carried out research to make sure that plans are feasible and provided complete architectural designs with technical solutions.

• Prepared CAD working drawings and sketches showing details including elevation, plans, materials and furniture specifications.

• Responsible for directing and overseeing the final complete layout and design of the areas on site.
