Working in Underwriting support department, handling the marine and FGA insurance for the captive and non-captive shipments of Alghanim Co. Preparing quotations, Clauses and policies that the customers required. Not to mention handling the calls if any query or issue facing the client along with the issuance of the policies. In addition I was handling the Travel insurance for our VIP customer by issuing policies and solving any problems or questions asked by them.

Handling the incoming calls for the department, solving any network issues for the all the members by helping them with their computers programs. In addition used to be one of the member of our Clinic for the Summer course by entering the data and get the reports required. Sometimes helping in research if needed by the Head Department’s Professor. • Follow up on outstanding payments, weekly and monthly
• Prepare credit notes
• Preparation of R entry
• Handling daily inbound and outbound calls.
• Handling Problem issues.

 Fixing appointments for GM and Marketing manager
 Answering all local and international calls
 Handling all customers at the reception
 Preparing sales invoices
 Preparing sales reports
 Data entry as support function to the marketing team
