As Showroom - In - Charge / Senior Sales Executives
• Determine the marketing strategy to attract more customers by setting promotional sale and/ or advertising.
• Maintain the availability of merchandise.
• Maintain the reputation of the shop by complying with the legal documents.
• Assist the needs of the customer and solve any complains.
• Update the Retail Manager (in Dubai) thru email and telephone call with regards to any legal issues about the showroom.
• Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin (COO) for any order made by the customer.
• Send requisition to the main office (Dubai) in terms of delivery/ shipment purchased by the client, and follow up any related issues.
• Prepare quotation for customer.
• Handles cash, cheque, or credit card payment from the customer.
• Submit the tender reconciliation (monthly sales) and petty cash expenses in the head office.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock inventory.
• Make the initial interview for applicants.
• Train and assign staff with their respective duty.

As Service Coordinator
• Assist in product purchasing and order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, giving pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc.
• Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
• Maintain database of customer sales order and invoicing records.
• Alert customers on shipping and flow issues in advance.

Overall Responsibilities: Ensure the showroom/ service operates effectively to achieve set sales target.
