•Provide the bank customer's financial services which exceed customer's expectations by
delivering an unbiased, competent, and timely and problem free service;
•Establish and maintain effectible relationships with new / existing customers, establishing their needs and advising on the suitability of services to enhance customer satisfaction;
•Visit business customers and attend meetings with them for revenue mobilization;
•Provides product descriptions and content;
•Follow-ups for the prospect clients awaiting approvals;
•To maintain service standards and monitor, evaluate and measure performances to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems as well as the product campaigns;
•To maintain records of all approvals and requests and reports handled;
•Screening & processing documents for loan processing;
•To develop and implement telesales strategies and objectives as well as set challenging sales target and ensure that these targets are achieved;
•Ensure that the requirements are fulfilled;
•Provide professional insurance and investment planning services by meeting new and existing customers;
•Actively networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients;
•Assisting individuals, businesses and families in selecting the most suitable policies;
•Attend scheduled meetings, obtain fact finding, and explain features, benefits and drawbacks of various policies, giving interesting presentation;
•Responsible for calling policy holders to explain the terms and conditions of the policies;
•Ensure policy documentation and requirements are filled to receive underwriting approval of proposed plan.
