• Coordinating with the Management to maintain the smooth functioning at the branch.
• Designate by the branch in charge to be responsible to monitor the fast and slow moving brands.
• Take the responsibility for general merchandising of the branch.
• Entertain the customer in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Helping the customer to choose prescription eyeglass and sunglasses.
• Making sure that stocks are tally from the system to physical quantity model wise, brand wise
• Sales and “bottom-line” profits of the store.
• Maintain, encourage and possess “ownership mentality”.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints.
• Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
• Conduct regular store meetings.
• Maintain adequate store supplies.
• Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank.
• Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
• Ensure all orders are properly documented.
• Interact customer to provide information in response about the products or service and to handle and resolve complains.
• Responsible for providing professional and courtesy customer service.
• Perform related task assigned from time to time.
