Overall responsible for Construction activities of Oil and gas pipeline using Microtunneling technique in Assam-Guwahati for oil india crude and gas pipeline in 7 rivers.
taking up a prestigious water transmission system (pipe line laying) project at SOHAR port . The 300 km pipe line has MS and DI pipes(148Km) as well as Seven water service reservoirs and pumping stations. A water desalination plant is setup at Sohar port and water to be transported to three places viz. Shinas, Buraimi, Al- Suwaique (700 Crore project)
• Overall responsible for Quality system and quality control of water pipe line project.
• Documentation as per tender document technical specifications.
• Client approval for stage inspection i.e. Excavation, Trenching, Bedding, Stringing, PE film wrapping/Epoxy coating(SAW Pipe), fit up and jointing, hydro test( partial and final ) .
• Weld joint approval using Radiographic non destructive examination , Welder qualification test approval etc.
• Raw material inspection (DI Pipes, SAW pipes and weld electrodes ) and client approval.
• Pipe laying and jointing insp. before taking approval of client M/ S Energo power projects.
• Deployment of manpower, machinery and other resources.
• Daily progress monitoring and periodic visits of various sites.
• Attending management meetings and conducting departmental meetings. Taking corrective and preventive actions.

Company Profile :
Company produces Seamless Steel Pipes of size ranging from 1” to 14” OD. For 1 inch to 7 inch CROSS ROLL PIERCING / PUSH BENCH Technique in coloborration is used whereas for higher OD sizes, DOUBLE PIERCING / PLUG MILL / REELER /SIZING MILL technique is used. The Heat Treatment is done for extra strength . Company products are approved by API, ASTM & IBR. and exported to Middle East and European countries, ONGC, GAIL, Oil India Ltd., etc
Also company is producing ERW Pipes of size up to 20 “ O.D.
• Overall responsible for Quality Control of the product ranging from 1 inch to 14 inch OD and wall thickness from 6 mm to 40 mm. (seamless) and 2” to 20 “ O.D. ERW pipes.
• Monitoring Raw material inspection including chemical analysis and macro analysis.
• Monitoring Process Control including Heat treatment, Threading & Coupling.
• Monitoring Final Inspection using EMI, MPI, U.T., HYDROTEST
• Interaction with Third Party Inspection agencies (IBR, PDIL, Beauro Veritas, LLOYDS, ONGC, Central Engineers India Ltd, TATA Projects, TOYO etc.
