Carrying out Plan events for Integration, Network Changes, Up-gradation, and Deletion of NE, Performance Improvement and Fault Managements. Maintain Network Reliability through implementation of preventive & corrective measures
Nortel OME 6500, 6130, 6110, 16XE, 4XE, 1XE, TN1C (having capacity STM 64, STM 16, STM4 & STM 1) installed, commissioning & integration.
Marconi 16XX & SMA 16EX commissioning & integration.
Fibcom 6235 installed, commissioning & integration.

Troubleshooting of all SDH Equipment.
POI Testing of ILD/ NLD/ Switch / Transmission done with BSNL and other CMTO & co-ordination with Switch Engineers regarding E1 connectivity issues in POI’s.

Maintaining the SDH data backup for entire cluster.
PCM planning to enhance network stability.

Trouble shooting of Nokia BTS.

Clear the fluctuation cases, TRE (Node with error, RSL, and Frequency correction) cases, Quality Alarms (Block TRX, Channel Failures, VSWR etc.), PDH & SDH Visibility, LVLD & Segmentation activity of entire cluster also maintaining regular reports for the same.
Implementation of TRX addition & Removal of responsible sites & maintaining records.
Responsible for Realignment of Microwave antenna, commissioning of FIU 19, FIU 19E, making cross connections.
Responsible for traffic shifting on SDH, PDH equipment.
Responsible for SDH (NEC, TEJAS, and Nokia Flexi Hybrid) implementation wherever PDH link became full.
Responsible for management and coordination of BTS and TRANSMISSION implementation teams, and also providing them technical support. Maintained Regular Contacts with the client and made sure for success of feedback.
Responsible for maintaining the DPR about the team movement, site material displacing, material shorting, pending sites, work out etc. for NOKIA Project.
Responsible for installation, commissioning and integration of NOKIA ULTRA SITE, NOKIA METRO SITE BTS.
Responsible for Installation of Microwave Wave link, Alignment of MICROWAVE and Loop/break testing for E1 through BSC, OMCR or MSC end.
