OnBoard International (OBI) is a leading In-flight Entertainment (IFE) services provider specialized in providing prestigious airlines with all their IFE requirements (Audio, Video and Print which includes Hollywood, Non Hollywood movies & TV programs). OBI was established in 1998 in London and later relocated to Dubai in 2003.
OBI currently operates from offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
⇔ Prepare KPI’s across the organization for evaluating performance of departments and employees
⇔ Prepared Annual budget plans for profit centres and cost centres and ensure control through timely reporting using Microsoft Great Plains

- Analyzed direct costs like Selling, Distribution, Manufacturing, Warehousing and allocating it on Distribution Channels and Material categories to facilitate the pricing Strategy and also to ensure minimum margins in channels.
- Implemented Balanced Scorecard in the organization and defined KPI’s for Financial, Customer, Internal Process & Learning & Growth and also cascading this down to departments and subunits
- Participated in the implementation of ISO9001:2000 in Al Islami and documented the Support divisional processes for the Quality Management System
