• Handling the total cycle of recruitment
• Review and analyze the Job title & description received from clients KDC, KOC, KGOC, etc.
• Work closely with the hiring managers in order to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications. Sourcing candidates from various local and international job portals like Bayt, Naukri Gulf and references. Also, job posting in job portals like Linkedin, Indeed, etc. to obtain maximum number of CV
• Evaluation of collected CV and available data bank CV strictly as per client job description and other specified terms. Build strong candidate pool for present and future needs; source and attract candidates using databases, job boards, and social media.
• Finalization of short list of CV and submission to client as per schedule
• Follow up with client for interview schedule and upon receipt of the same, coordinate with candidates to attend the interview.
• Follow up with client for final selection list/offer letter and issue the same along with company guidelines to the selected candidates
• Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
• Mailing, Browsing information using internet and accessing email account, routine office works as needed.
• Preparing Internal Memos.
• Maintain appropriate records and create tracking reports for all actions and initiatives
• Analyses reports & company information
• Support team to achieve common goals
• Keep up to date with all daily tasks
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office- Word and Excel.
• Other Admin activities
• Attendance Management & Vacation Processing.
• Assists with Payroll Processing.
• Preparation of Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Induction program to the new employees.
• Preparing offer letters
• Assists with Recruitment and Interview process.
• Schedules meetings and Interviews as requested by the Manager.
• Maintaining Personal files of employees and employee information by using Smart Suit Software.
• Act as First Point of Contact and ambassador for HR department & company at all times
• Ensure new Employees' are entered on to Smart Suit Software in an accurate and timely manner
• Collect process & communicate relevant data in a timely manner, prioritizing where necessary
Having 3.4 Years of experience in recruitment - IT/Construction/Manufacturing (Electrical/Mechanical), worked as Recruitment Executive in Lifetime careers Pvt Ltd. Chennai, India from July '2010 to Nov '2013.
