• Reviewing 200+ SKUs for potential reorders shared by host on a weekly basis.

Forecasting:
· Weekly: Forecasting sales and margin.
· Monthly: Updating sales and margin during KFR.
Key Financial Reports:
· Reporting & presenting the KFR on a monthly basis.
· Reviewing cost lines and investigating significant variations to BP and LY.
· Due diligence on GL ensured recovery of incorrect charges in excess of 10k.
Business Planning:
· Formulating sales plan at store level.
· Well versed with the business planning tools like Manhattan and Cognos.
Others:
· Data analysis and reporting.
· Best sellers and NOOS lines stock consolidation.
· Undertake store visits to be up to date with the latest fashion trends.
Sale and Promotions
• Planning markdowns and promotions to clear slow sellers across 9 markets.
• Preparing trackers to review the sale clearance and promotions performance.
• Preparing weekly reports for trading meeting.
• Assisting senior merchandiser in markdowns during sale or any other promotion.
• Handling sale trackers and promotion trackers.
• Updating quarter tracker with daily sales and margin.
• Maintaining stock file accuracy.
• Stock consolidation.
• Assisting the brand manager to place orders for own bought.
• Handling store queries, transfer reports, write off’s & rejects.
• Handling pricing in AIMS application.
• Creating structure files for own bought stock to process the shipment files.
• Assisting the team with any adhoc queries and during times of workload.
