I am in HSBC Card Services Where We provide customer service by handling their calls over the phone, by answering their queries and at the same time Selling some enhancement services products of the bank like insurance and protection plans.I have been a

I look after credit decisions for lending to commercial banking customers for UK REGION and also conduct knowledge parting to staff at local level for banking products.
Previously worked in Octagon Software Pvt. Ltd. As
Senior Customer Care Executive For one and
a half year. We used to sell ISP services of third party US Client. I worked as a sales coordinator and parted training about product knowledge over there.
