Coordinating with Project Managers to establish the Project’s Document Control Centre at site and ensuring the hard
copy maintenance of Contract Documentation and Quality Records
Providing overview and final closure of Project and the O&M activities to be taken up
Reviewing Progress Payments with the Project Managers on validity and due payment
Enforcing ethics and compliance policy including Third Party Payment and Sub-consultancy Engagement Process
Highlights:
Saved INR 22 Crores for the company by undertaking initiatives such as introducing Customized tailor-made Agile
Project Management and Solid Risk Management procedures
Undertook process improvement initiatives such as Simplified Six Sigma, which resulted in excellent
interdepartmental coordination, team members interaction and a solid team work
Saved INR 15 Crores for the company by alternate vendor development/ cost-effective purchase of raw material
