ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ To ensure a good organization for the smooth running of the operation by using the checklist and service standard set in the module.
➢ To implement and maintain the set standard according to the operation.
➢ Communicate with manager and chef.
➢ To motivate the colleagues in any time of operation.
➢ Showing all the support to the team in any circumstances.
➢ Good knowledge of the system in use, cash handling and any transaction for the daily operation.
➢ Good product knowledge that you sell.
➢ Organize the station assignment before the operation starts.
➢ Full knowledge of floor plan and restaurant element.
➢ Knowledge of all the equipments and how to operate them. if is out of order immediately inform to the manager.
➢ Handle the staff queries
➢ Organize lunch/dinner/break time for the staff.
➢ Order the item that the business requires, use the system to order store, LPO for non factory items.
➢ Handle the petty cash, use the petty cash procedure.
➢ Daily & monthly roaster.
➢ Daily &monthly Dssr, Local Invoice, Company Voucher, Discount Bills, Brief Reports, Entertainer coupon, Comments Of The Day forward to the manager.
➢ Cash out/in to the cashier use the key &safe procedure.
➢ Forward suppliers bill to the head office.
➢ Banking handover, deposit to the bank (or) to the driver.
➢ Check the miss en place use the check list, follow up with the service.
➢ Supervise and oversees all the staff and ensure the maintain quality standard of product and service
➢ To provide professional and courteous service at all times.
➢ To handle any guest complaints in a courteous manner.
➢ Plan various incentive programmes to enhance staff motivation.
➢ Conduct training sessions to build up operational skills and suggestive selling. Under gone extensive training in the kitchen to upgrade in food production.
➢ Keep the track of all administrative memos, maintenance requests etc.
➢ Take responsibility to do the weekly & monthly inventory statement handover to manager
➢ Leave the message to the shift in charge for the incomplete works that we need to follow up next day operation to run smoothly.
