• Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director, including, office work flow, appointments, correspondence, and records control.
• perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature.
• Prepares the payroll of the employees and Prepare employee’s bank official letters etc.
• Maintains records through filing, storage and compilation.
• Initiate various requisitions for office supplies and equipment as directed.
• Making the bill statements for the respective months.
• Preparing the Performa Invoices, Quotations, Payment vouchers & Receipt vouchers.
• Directly reporting to HR Director
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• File and maintain records
• Handling the office administrative jobs
• Making Travel arrangements
• Preparing documents, letters and invoices
• Reporting to General Manager
• Handling the reception
• Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, and other documents.

employees within the organization, or services provided.
• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
• Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents.
Got a Bachelor's Degree in Indian Law.
