Preparing Month-end / Year end MIS reports
Prepare and monitor Forecasted Cashflows and manage payments on an ongoing basis.
Liaise with Auditors ( including big 4) in Annual Audit and providing required Recons, answering queries and doing variance analysis.
Hands-on experience in annual budgeting.
Responsible for Project Accounting for new Stores. Creating new companies in the Accounting System and doing Year - End Roll over Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining Fixed Asset Register & prepayments schedules of several units. Experience in reconciling Balance sheet and intercompany accounts on a monthly basis
Delegating, Training & Supervising Junior team members.
Experienced in handling project costing and tracking budget to actual variances.
Managing Cash budgets for 12 units (including the Management Company) and monitoring them on a regular basis.
Create and maintain VAT Accounts for new and existing companies and ensure accounting systems and procedures are compliant with the
specifications and guide-lines issued by Federal Tax Authority.
Ensure compliance to Government rules and regulation for business transactions and ensure accurate payment of Government levies and taxes
in a timely manner.
Training & Supervising Junior Team members
• Financial analysis & modeling (M'Soft Excel) for projects, which includes Feasibility studies, cash flow analysis, cost analysis, revenue analysis, deriving Financial Statements from forecasted Cash flow statement and developing various financial models as required by the management.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Pay Roll, Petty cash, Bank reconciliation, Journal entries, Inter-Company Accounts and Job Costing.
• Preparing Cost Sheets for Projects
• Invoicing customers and following-up with them for outstanding invoices.
• Responsible for processing of purchase orders received from customers.
• Prepare quotations for RFQs and ITBs received from NGOs and Private companies.
• Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders and co-ordination with suppliers for prompt delivery.
• Generate MIS reports for the Management.
