• Inspecting site conditions before the start of construction activities. Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works. Checking for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition of an existing property that might be damaged by the work. Make sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.
• Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc. Performing all work following the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on-site.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities to meet agreed on deadlines.
• Inspection of road works that include road cutting, laying of subgrade, subbase, road base, asphalt, kerbstone, footpath and road marking.
• Inspection of underground utilities that include foul sewer, potable water, Fire hydrant, valve chamber, road crossing duct, surface water drainage, telecommunication network, manhole and house connections.
• Obtain & follow up for all necessary permits and licenses.
• Performs civil and structural tests, such as soil compaction, moisture content, aggregation, graduation, concrete slump, air entrainment, concrete compression, lines and grades surveys, bolt torques, and concrete coring, Inspection and supervision of blinding, jacking frame, jacking pipes, thrust wall, receiving, and jacking pit for micro tunnelling.
• Coordination with a quality manager for procedures & specification of work as per AFC drawings and implementation of the IR.
• Ensure that NCR, SVN and observation notice are closed in time.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Coordinate with Client / Consultant’s representative for any site instruction and inspection work.
• Submits site progress reports, inspection request, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis as required.
• Responsible to submit material submittals sample for approval from consultant.
• Supervision of infra structural network such as Drainage, sewer, storm water, portable water, fire hydrant, irrigation, HV, LV & FOC cable lines.
• Supervision of paving work for footpath, cycle track and jogging track, responsible for hard and soft landscaping work.
• Supervision of pipes laying bedding, backfilling and testing.
• Supervision of precast erection & casting works.
• Supervision and execution of road works that include road cutting, laying of sub grade, sub base, road base, asphalt, kerbstone, footpath and road marking.
• Supervision of concrete works of manholes, inspection chambers, culverts, streetlight foundations, pump house and storage tanks.
• Plan the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and electrical groups.
• To ensure that construction activities should be as project standard and specification.
• Follow up with vendors / consultation about whether the emailed file has been received and notify them for any delay in response time.
• Participating in weekly review meeting with the client and the consultant.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:
• To ensure that the project ongoing in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
• Supervision and execution of road works that include road cutting, laying of sub grade, sub base, road base, asphalt, Kerbstone, footpath and road marking.
• Supervision of infra structural networks such as Drainage, sewer, storm water, portable water and irrigation.
• Supervision of GRP pipeline Drainage, HDPE pipes, ductile iron pipe lines laying, bedding, testing & backfilling.
• Supervision of concrete works of manholes, inspection chambers, catch basin and irrigation tanks.
• Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain records.
• Supervision of kerb stone landscape and related concrete works.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings with construction manager and Project Engineer.
• Taking samples of materials delivered to site and responsible for the entire laboratory testing, including concrete temperature and slump, compressive testing on concrete cubes, field density tests using nuclear gauge.
• Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
• Responsible to prepare site observation reports.
• Ensure that site image is in compliance with Project

• Built a network of access control inside extremely explosive areas of oil and gas plant across UAE with over 46 Km. of cable network for military institution.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Responsible for all civil activities in fuel network system like excavation, bedding, pipe laying, backfilling and witness for compaction test.
• Responsible and witness for mass earthwork activities like backfilling, compaction and FDD test.
• Responsible for 33mtr. Dia jet fuel storage tank foundation, trituration tank and oil interceptor tank.
• Preparation of shop drawings, bar bending schedule for valve chamber, cable pull chamber and various type of manhole.
• Responsible for water proofing work for all concrete sub structures, column and foundations.
• Supervision and execution of road works that include laying of sub grade, sub base, road base, asphalt, kerbstone, footpath and road marking inside facilities.
