• Inspecting site conditions before the start of construction activities. Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works. Checking for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition of an existing property that might be damaged by the work. Make sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.
• Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc. Performing all work following the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on-site.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
